Zimbar’s goal is to create a functional, up to date client list from which your sales people can generate revenue for your company.

We locate the contact for your product or services inside your customer's company.


We qualify all pertinent information that can generate a sale. We realize your new account base’s full potential, using such tools as:

  1. Scoping out and interviewing your personal staff. This will allow us to understand your product and customer’s needs.  We then develop a script that is used for each phone call.

  2. We understand your overall customer's environment and needs.

  3. We penetrate accounts using techniques such as customer interviewing, and information gathering. Then notes are taken from each phone call regarding your products and information discovered. Such information as product needs or your company's competition that was learned from each phone call, and other valuable information.

  4. Data entry on to your company’s sales software.

  5. Review of progress with your sales manager.

  6. Customer service considerations when required.

  7. Telephone and email follow up when necessary.

  8. Recording on to client list and all immediate needs to be shared with your sales department.

  9. Email marketing information after phone qualification.

10. All account generation and follow up will be conducted in your office.
